5. Top up for registered mail is available.

6. All of our items come with the original packaging (e.g. Coach tissue, care card,Gift receipt,paper bag) and price tags. Dust bags depends on the different bags. 7. Ready stock items are available in SG and US.

8. Pre-order items will arrive in about one weeks after the closing of the pre-order period.

小店开张几天，收到一些询问信件。首先感谢所有光顾的姐妹，有了你们才会给我们动力，让我们全心全意为您服务。特别是相信我们已经订货的姐妹，希望不久的将来，你们就能拿到喜欢的包包。

为了让大家更多的了解我们，针对一些询问，我们特地专开一个帖子，解释一些问题。如果有其它疑问，还是可以随时发信给我们，我们随时更新。

1. 你们的货是通过什么途径来的？为什么比店里的要便宜啊？

我们的货都是在美国正规的coach factory outlet购买。大家知道美国coach的定价就比这边便宜很多，而outlet得定价又会比专卖店要低，所以成本价才会便宜。每一个包都会有gift receipt,这个就是包的出生纸一样。可以去任何一个coach店扫描条码，告诉你这个包在什么地方购买。

2. 订货和现货

目前我们现货很少，因为刚刚开始，不知道大家的喜好。只能是去outlet看到有什么新的包包，就发布在博客上，姐妹们喜欢，付订金以后，再去采购。


3. 时间

如果是附近outlet就有的现货，付了定金以后3到5天即可告诉您是否买到。如果附近Outlet没有，需要到其它outlet采购，需要的时间就会长一些。如果两周之内没有买到，定金全数返还。

订到的包，将通过USPS,或者DHL从美国直接运过来，这个过程需要6到10天。

4. 价钱

目前我们的商品的价钱是到手价。即把包包送到您手上的价钱。特价产品可以送到附近的MRT地铁站。我们的价钱是包的价钱+消费税(美国境内）+美国境内运费+国际运费+新加坡运费。

5. 付款流程

a: 预定款式，请付50%订金，如果没有买到，将全部退还。如果买到，而买家反悔，订金不退还。可以提供平台，帮买家把包转给别人。余额可以货到付款。

b: 现货款式，国际运输之前，请付50%订金，余额可以货到付款。

6. 其它

outlet的款式标号前面都有一个F,比如说F13193, F13139。特价款有的时候没有防尘袋，盒子是白色盒子，如果需要，购买之前请提前打招呼，因为盒子体积比较大，运费有可能会稍微贵一些。

（1） 买家在店铺或者美国网站选购需求商品；

（4） 如果是预定物品，需要支付50%预订费，我们在确认款项到位后，会在24个工作时之内为买家在美国网站下单/3天之内去outlet购买所订物品。如果物品突然缺货，预定款将全数返还。当货品抵达新加坡，买家需要支付剩下的余额。如有跑单现象，预定金将不返还。整个流程需要2到3周时间。
