Terms and Conditions

1. All amounts stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) for self collection at YISHUN MRT. Price include sales tax, shipping and handling fees.

2. Please email us at shopoutsingapore@gmail.com for quotation for items not shown here. Pre-orders are available from www.coach.com.

3. Please note that all orders need 50% deposit. Orders will only be logged in upon confirmation of full payment.

4. NO REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS/EXCHANGES WILL BE ENTERTAINED ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE UNLESS ITMES OUT OF STOCK.

5. Top up for registered mail is available.

6. All of our items come with the original packaging (e.g. Coach tissue, care card,Gift receipt,paper bag) and price tags. Dust bags depends on the different bags. Gift box are available upon request with higher shipping cost(please be noted, item purchased in Macy's will only have macy price tag, no gift receipt and paper bag).

7. Ready stock items are available in SG and US.

8. Pre-order items will arrive in about one weeks after the closing of the pre-order period.

9. Please transfer payment DBS saving plus 032-0-021214 and email us the transaction reference no., date and time. Order confirmation letter will be sent to you once we get the deposit.

10. Balance need to be settled once the bag arrive singapore for self collection.
